Nadja Giuffrida CEO and President of Dextro
Nadja focuses on international access services and training solutions. Nadja is not only a business owner but a trusted adviser for the US and Mexican Federal Government. Nadja's broad business experiences in Mexico, Central and South America are the key factor in her collaborative US-Mexico client relationships and accurate cultural Latin American Markets assessment. Cross-cultural awareness, networking at the highest levels and multi-cultural teams are among Nadja's areas of specialization. Clients including start-ups, federal agencies, privately-held companies, and the world’s leading corporations have benefited from Nadja’s ability to identify the right strategy and attract outstanding opportunities south of the border for US corporations. Nadja managed a major strategic networking initiative for the US Federal Government, positioning a particular concept in 23+ countries, which benefited more than 8,000 employees deployed overseas. This project yielded the placement of many dependents of US government employees worldwide, effectively molding the structure of a major federal agency and its corporate partners. Today, Nadja advises leaders in different industries on how to position their products and services in foreign cultures.
As a successful entrepreneur, Nadja brings the perspectives and experiences of a global executive, government official, networker and humanitarian to client relationships. She has spent a large part of her career as an independent consultant, specializing in organizational strategy and business opportunities in foreign countries.

Demian Pedroza Chief Operations Officer
Demian is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Dextro. His analytical skills, along with his ample career experience with organizations in Mexico, the United States and Europe, ensures that Dextro successfully tailors it’s consulting and educational services to customers needs.
Before joining the Dextro team, Demian worked for 12 years in Operations and International Logistics Management, where he had experience with major corporations such as SIEMENS, Delphi Automotive, and Snap-On tools, in a multicultural environment. Demian also has over eight years experience in Consulting and Business Improvement training in Strategic Planning, Lean, Inventory and Resources Planning and Control, International Logistics and Regulations, Project Management, ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) systems, and Sales and Marketing.
In addition to his work at Dextro, Demian also serves as VP of Education Chair on the Board of Directors for APICS (The Association for Operations Management) El Paso/Juarez chapter. Additionally, he is an instructor for APICS as well as for several Mexican government business development initiatives.
Demian holds a Bachelor Degree in International Business and a Master’s Degree in Businesses Administration. He is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English and knowledgeable of the German language. He is certified as a Supply Chain Professional, in Production and Inventory Control by the Association of Operations Management, and as a Six Sigma Green Belt by Delphi.
Cornelia Mueller Director of European Strategy
Cornelia (Connie) holds a Masters Degree in Textile Engineering and has extensive experience in customer relations and project management. She has been working for European companies (in Austria, Switzerland and Germany) for the last 17 years, and after arriving in Berlin, ventured into a different career path by completing different management courses and working as a consultant for various Berlin-based companies in Marketing and Sales. As a program manager, Connie developed a spousal employment program for the US Embassy in Berlin, which was successfully integrated into the Human Resources department after a two year test phase. Connie's in-depth familiarity with the business culture, labor law and state-level administration specific to Germany and Europe, as well as her native German language skills, enhance her effectiveness as the Strategy Division Director for Dextro in Europe. Connie gains real gratification from working closely with customers and ultimately solving specific tasks by achieving a quick Return on Investment (ROI). She finds the "people skills" she honed in her previous line of work are of paramount importance in developing an effective network across borders. Additionally, she views the establishment of stable, reliable, and cooperative contacts as the key to success for any globally oriented enterprise.
